file / SAVE AS delays.......

When I work on a program within WDCS and try to do FILE / SAVE AS, I wait
and wait and wait......... till finally I receive the below error message

Error # EVFC9143Q - The server is not responding, or the current
communications request is taking a long time.  Do you wish to cancel the
request?

After I respond YES to that,(I'm tired of watching the box at the bottom
with it's blue bars not doing anything so I cancel the request) then
immediately after cancel, I receive the SAVE AS box where I can now rename
my existing program.  Anyone else experiencing this problem?

One other note, it seems to be a once a day problem, once I can finally do
the first SAVE AS for the day, anymore SAVE AS works fine with no error
messages.
