CONTACT DESCRIPTION:
Not all subsystems running, users locked out.

RESOLUTION:
KW - Job SAVELIBR did not start.  This is the save while active job and the
subsystems should start after this job has started.
Searched log, no explanation for this job not to start.  Subsystems were
manually started by GN around 7:10 a.m.  Scheduled entries for daily jobs
did not start until QPGMR was started.  No indication in WRKPRB or history
log of power loss or on battery during the night.

Per AS, lost connection with DSP01.

KW - found DSP01 still had backup window displayed but the screen was input
inhibited, this caused the disconnect.

AMS - Investigation, changed program ns060cln2 to not care if it can send a
msg to the screen or not.
