Can't resolve to EVSDSPCH problem solved

I am having trouble with the MCH3401 that EVFDSPCH could not be found.  
I found in the archives where Vern had determined what is causing this, but
I don't understand on how to resolve it.  

Does anybody have any suggestions on this problem?
