The jump from 2am to 3am is for Daylight Savings Time - it's normal, here
is one of our servers:

03/12/2017 01:59:24 AM  SMTP Server [0E54:002D-15F8] Authentication failed
for user internet
03/12/2017 03:00:00 AM  RnRMgr: Validating schedule database

Is the time on the OS of the server currently correct? (Seems to be from
above)
Is the time on the live Domino console currently correct? (Seems to be from
above)
Is the time of your workstation currently correct?

I know you're in Indiana, so are your server and workstation in same
timezone?
