I thought Gary already answered this? It sounds like the SPGS60 flag (Stocktake in Progress) is set to 'Y' on the INP60 for this Item.

I understand you found this Item on INP54, but with a CTNO54 (Count Number) that has no record on INP58? If that is the case, something must have gone wrong, but setting SPSG60 to ' ' (blank) should allow you to use this Item on another count.
