Unprocessed transactions

I have an AR session that on 6/ARE says processed, but when you do a 5 to display the transactions, there are not any there. The data does show when you run the Unprocessed Transactions Report. There is not any event number on the records in question. How do I get these to appear in 1/ARE? Thank you.
