Re: SYSTEM21 Digest, Vol 9, Issue 51

   This message indicates that the 8-character CUSN entered has already been
   setup using 2/OEM with option '1'-Invoice Address.  When an account number
   is defined as an invoice address it cannot also be used as the statement
   address.  Usually invoice addresses are some amended form of the statement
   address it will be assigned to in the Invoice Address field of the SLP05
   records for statement addresses when needed.

     Guy,

     You are trying to maintain a customer using customer maintenance in OE.
     You can either amend the account through AR or use the OE maintenance
     type 2 "Delivery Address" rather than invoice address.

            Thanks for your feedback
            In fact I cannot do maintenance through both AR & OE.
            I know it must be lnked to the invoice & statement address,
            but I cannot have the last word with this one.
            I have been running queries of the file & compared records of
            customers for which there is no error, buty everything seems ok.
