Maybe easier than a query - you can open the general view of the
Enterprise Item business object in the browser (or PowerLink) and you will
see the release date and released site by item.

subject: [MAPICS-L] FR-x support

Hello group,

I was wondering if anybody is using FR-x for their financial reports and
if you're able to obtain INFOR support on that product?

We are in the midst of renewing our license keys and our Account rep at
INFOR claims now that the support is dropped not just by Microsoft but
by Infor itself and they are talking about some kind of replacement
product...

We've always been able to get support from INFOR for our FR-x issues
(at least until a month ago) - and this is something new for us!

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you and Regards,

revision being released.

FYI - I have found it useful to Qry the 'ITMREL' item release file to
PDM, to ensure only one site is synced to PDM.

Also, Costing - 'ucdef' is now supported at the 'site' level in EPDM as
reference in the WH master.

Jane,

At the moment, I can't find the specific Infor end of support
announcement. However, what you are 'hearing' corresponds with the
announcement Infor made at the end of 2008.

We intend to continue using FRX for the interim...while evaluating
replacement products.
