I'd also like to know how printer status is monitored. We have several locations throughout North America each of which has more than one printer. We distribute documents to all of these printers and need to monitor the status of printers and easily redirect prints if necessary. In addition to distributing documents to printers we also distribute documents via email and fax. Thanks in advance for your information and recommendations.
