We offer electronic forms software, report delivery and document management software for generating, printing, delivering and archiving reports from the iSeries. I'd also like to know how printer status is monitored. We have several locations throughout North America each of which has more than one printer. We distribute documents to all of these printers and need to monitor the status of printers and easily redirect prints if necessary.
