what is the big deal about sign on sign off...do you use barcode employee  
swipe to start-stop...1st 100 are done,...employee @ terminal with swipe  
card,...log off 1 job complete, log on to next and not take a step...still 
using  finger punch job control R U....

Yes we thought of both of  those.  We are implementing MES, shop floor (New 
MDCC) The objective was  to a present the correct qty remaining on one 
line, and not force 2 sign ons,  Offs.
