Once again Dick & Steve, thanks for the inputs provided online (MAPICS-L) and many of you who wrote to me offline with lot of information on XA, EI, Flex upgrade and most of all their experience with Infor Inc.

I'm yet to hear from Ross Freeman although he had responded to this chain, saying will get in touch with me offline.
