Ill let Ross Freeman give the official response

But it is avail through R6

If you have a license it will, I believe work through R7.8. But you can't purchase it after R6

There are new alternatives available

Subject: Re: [MAPICS-L] Anybody running Release 5.5 on V5R4?

Kevin,

Thanks for the info on supported releases. I'm not the expert on
MAPICS, that's my manager. Do you know at what release KBC isn't
available in MAPICS? My manager told me, but I have forgotten. We rely
on KBC extensively.

Thanks,
Kent
