Dale,

I appreciate your guidance. Can you tell me what file I need to look at to
get the user/menu/options authorized. The file that I am populating has the
menu, user, option, and description of the option. Also, is there any
documentation on Mapics security that is available to the public?

Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it.

Warmest Regards,

Richard Reeve

Richard,

I handled that by using XA's Personal Menus. All the user got on their screens
was what they were allowed to use. That, and eliminating command line access,
is VERY effective at handling green screen authority.

Just a suggestion!!! :)

Sent from my iPhone, sorry about the typos!
