Our company has been running Demand Solutions for our forecasting and
the sales and marketing took ownership of it.  It seems pretty easy to

We are developing a plan to implement AVP  (or VPi) and need to improve 
the forecasting information flowing into our execution planning system.
We have some experience with the XA Forecasting application, but are 
really not likely to fully utilize the product life cycles and other 
functionality  contained in FCST application.

Has anyone found a forecasting application that does support the
creation 
of planning families but is a little easier to work with?  (We really
need 
to find a system that our Sales and Marketing group can take some 
ownership of, and still have time to add and maintain customers.)
