We use OMP Forecaster from OM Partners (http://www.ompartners.com/) here. We don't run MAPICS, though, so I have no idea what it would take to interface it or if they have a canned interface already. It's a pretty effective forecasting tool. Their home offices are in Belgium, with US offices in Atlanta. Might be worth a look.
