subscriber addresses

Happy new year to everyone!

Just a quick procedural note:

In the past, I've been pretty lenient about letting people post here from 
alternate email addresses that aren't subscribed to the list.  However, 
David Gibbs has asked that we tighten that up, so going forward, if you try 
to send a message to the list from an address that isn't subscribed, it will 
be rejected, and you'll receive a return email to that effect.

Before you post, please make sure the sending address is one you have 
subscribed to the list.  If you have more than one address you want to send 
from, please subscribe all of them to the list.  If you don't want to 
receive messages at a particular address, you can turn them off by going 
into the list subscription options for that address and setting Mail 
Delivery to Disabled.  You can still send posts from that address, but you 
won't receive any at it.

If you have any questions, please either post them (from your subscribed 
address! ;), or send them to me privately.
