Item Revision Subset "IN LIST OF" is not working

Good morning:

We are in release 6. 

I am creating a subset in the Item Revision Object to list 74 specific 
items but is not listing a thing.  I created a second subset to list only 
2 items and still not listing any items.  This is how I configured the 
subset:

DESCRIPTION: Item
RELATIONAL OPERATOR: In list of
OPERAND: (ABCDEF, 123456)
PROMPTED: NO
