Question on minimum number of seats

This question is for any affiliates or others involved in selling XA.... I'm gathering information as part of researching for a possible startup. What is the current minimum number of seats for a new XA installation for a startup company? What would be required would be ERP Essentials and the basic accounting modules. I'm looking for the minimum number of seats, and the current increments, and the ILF and ALF costs.
