Hi Iain
We have been using System Link for five years or so to push data into various XA modules and applications we developed in Enterprise Integrator. It works very well. Performance is good for most part but best to run on auxiliary server if doing a lot of interactive processes. My only complaint is the service does go to sleep and first request can take two or three minutes when this happens

It helps to have a best practice approach and we use a standard methodology to handle requests in and handle response so we don't have to rewrite this part for each process

It's powerful and works fantastic in replacing offline load or integration from other modules. It is reliable and enforces all edits including any custom ones you may have added.

It you want more details on best practice when you get started we can discuss offline as relatively detailed.

Kevin
