WRKUSROUTQ updates

Hi folks

I've just updated this utility to improve the subfile handling, and allow
regular conversion options to be saved on a per-user basis. If anyone's
currently using it, and has noticed any 'quirks' using the display, can
you let me know if it's better now. If you already have the most recent
search version, you just need to download & reinstall the search package.
If you have the original non-search (no F16 on the main screen) version
you'll want the search add-on and the progress meter. Details, screen
