To the best of my knowledge there isn't a version that runs on the iSeries.
So you would have to run it under *nix, or Windows.

There IS versioning applications designed for and run on the iSeries. Search
the archives, there was just recently a thread on this.

Subject: [OSS400] CVS for AS/400 ?

Hi all,

I'm new to the group and work with CVS on Windows and Unix (particularly the
cvsnt variant), but I've recently been asked if CVS is available for AS/400.
Particularly support for both the IFS and DB2 file systems.

CVS is an open source version control tool.

I checked the archive and there was some talk about it back in 2002 - but I
cant find a reference to a web page or project or anything...

Thanks for any assistance!

Regards,

Arthur Barrett
