It's been a while since we made the change, so I may have forgotten some 
of the nuances.   You may want to check the iSeries Security Reference:  
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r4/topic/books/sc415302.pdf.

If you have multiple systems you will need to have them all on the same 
password level.  Changes require an IPL.  Other than that I can't think of 
anything you might have missed.
