Re: Impact of changing QPWDLVL from 0 to 2

I recently had a client make this change and a vendor app started failing. 
I don't remember the details, but I think it had to do with  fact it was 
getting the 128 char var passed to it when it was expecting a 10 char.  I 
would suggest caution...

It's been a while since we made the change, so I may have forgotten some 
of the nuances.   You may want to check the iSeries Security Reference:

If you have multiple systems you will need to have them all on the same 
password level.  Changes require an IPL.  Other than that I can't think of 

anything you might have missed.
