I used to do it regularly with a G4 TiBook. I think it was the last laptop with IR. It was very reliable, but not very fast. I also used to do it with a Rev. A iMac. I recall reading this somewhere. I don?t, however, recall ever actually trying to beam to a Mac, so I could well be wrong. Perhaps it was that feature did not work with WINDOWS computers. In fact, I installed a mirror behind the Pismo so I could do the beaming without turning it around. I don't remember what software I used, though... It may have been third-party.
