ark2 snapshot on ftp

With this code, I managed to do...

   ARK_DEBUG=15 arkpkg2 reveal --hosts=. --verbose libpng--1.0.9

This is *not* production code.  It isn't even non-production
code.  It's a deeply fetid bug farm.  I am making this code
available only for the hardest of hard-core Arusha groupies
:-)

All the .xml files are generated from current ARK1 ones.

The part that merits attention -- if you're into this kind
of thing -- are the grimy details described in
ARK/webpages/field-invoke.txt (put a top and tail on it to
make it a full HTML page).  The maybe-matching code is in
ARK/arkbase/ark/*.py.  Any comments will be very gratefully
received.

I can say more, if anyone cares; otherwise, I'll continue on
(next stop: an "ark-world2" script).
