new mailing lists, notably ark-commits

Folks, the vague plan is to get a *little* more public with
the ARK stuff in 2-4 weeks or so... freshmeat announcements
and such. (If Matt wants to go do the talk-show circuit,
that's his business.)
To this end, I've set up some new mailing lists:
ark-announce -- low-volume, moderated, announcements only
ark-users -- for users' chit-chat, if we ever have any :-)
ark-commit -- for those who want to know about every
jot-and-tittle of CVS activity (at SourceForge)
ark-dev will continue as it has been, but will be the
designated 'bug-reporting' address, too. (Should we get to
where that's too onerous, we'll split bugs off elsewhere.)
I'm not planning to start using ark-announce and ark-users
yet; ark-commits, however, is "live".
Any ideas to improve these arrangements would be most welcome.
Will
PS: I got rid of the [ark-dev] in the Subject: lines; I hate
'em.
PPS: Matt, I subscribed you to all of them.
