I'm happy to go with that for team Sidai stuff.  Remember,
however, that for ARK (mechanism) stuff, we want to mandate
*nothing* about how people name their (proto-)hosts, or how
their prototypes link together.

Hey, I can believe it.  All we want is something that can
do... "Give me the pids of processes named `foo'" ["so I can
kill them"].  I have no opinion at all about how we do
this.
