Today's updates are mostly tiresome doc changes.
(ark-commit'ters -- apologies for the
even-more-tiresome-than-usual changes...)

I also cut a fresh set of snapshots, in
ftp://ark.sourceforge.net/pub/ark/snapshots/, including one
for glasli1 (only way it is publicly available right now).
