Some issues encountered while preparing the docker of BackupPC for the 4.1.1 release

Hello !

I am currently preparing my docker of BackupPC for the upcoming release of
4.1.1. I managed to start BackupPC 4.1.1rc1 in it, I will check soon that
it is actually working.

In the meantime I encountered two quirks that I think should be fixed
upstream. The MR for the migration is here
https://github.com/adferrand/docker-backuppc/pull/111, and the two issues
are flagged in the MR.

1) I encountered compilation issues for the Perl module BackupPC:XS,
related to unmapped C types int64 and uint32. I have made an online patch
to achieve the compilation, but either they are missing in typemap, or my
build environment is missing something.

2) The current pre-release does not include the actual distribution tarball
normally generated with the makeDist script. Here also I do it online, but
it should be part of the release process as for the previous versions.
