version 2.0.0 pre-release 3 available

Hello,

No, pre-release 2 was not the last before release version 2.0.0: two 
bugs have been found and fixed (#15 and #16), and several sanity checks 
for API were inactivated due to a typo error. Last, an include header 
has been added to be able to compile under FreeBSD and NetBSD.

Thanks again for the dense feedback I received for these pre-releases.

only source is available actually, but binary packages will follow, for 
Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD, NetBSD and Windows.
