Changes:
* fixed several bugs about the warning issued when trying to
backup the archive which is about to be generating. No more issued when
creating archive on stdout, message is no more issued when the archive
is located in a path excluded by -P option.
* added documentation about new features. In particular, Parchive
use with DAR.
* improved scripts to use Parchive and dar
* added dar_cp to copy corrupted files from a read-only system to a
read-write system, skipping over I/O error.
* changed the installation process concerning include files. For
external software compilation (like kdar) that use the API, it is now
only necessary to use #include in source files, and -ldar at linking
stage. see DOC_API for more.
* tried to have a more homogeneous use of tab versus spaces in
source files.
* fixed a lot a misspelled English words (maybe still remains a lot or
errors, feedback is always welcome).
