dar specs and dar-kaylix-win32

My fork of DAR for msvc is coming along nicely. The major libdar changes
I'm making are moving all the platform dependent code to
src/libdar/cross_platform.

There are then three file classes there: attributes.hpp, file.hpp, and
tools.hpp. For the classes declared in those files, the platform
independent code goes in attributes.cpp, etc. The platform dependent
code goes in unix_attributes.cpp and win_attributes.cpp, etc.

I'm doing this on my private subversion server, so if you're interested
Denis, I suppose I could provide changeset patches. I've been merging in
changes from HEAD in dar.sf.net.


As well, the dar format specification docs I've been working on are
pretty good, I think. I'm done with dar edition 3 [1] and dar edition 4
[2] is pretty complete, with perhaps only a few errors. My hope is that
you'll want to include them in the official DAR release. They're written
in restructured text, and I can provide the sources or you could include
the html. My only request would be for you to commit them with -ko so
the revision numbers stay synced between the darbinding and your cvs
trees.

If you're interested, I also have what I'm calling darK05 specs [3].
It's a sort of "forked" specification that I would hope could eventually
be merged into the standard dar format if dar-kaylix-win32 is ever
accepted.
