Incremental backups based on timestamp

I've just uploaded a patch to dar's SF site that
should allow the creation of incremental backups based
only on a unix timestamp (that should probably
be based on the time the last backup did take place), as
I couldn't find that feature anywhere yet.

If someone else with a little bit more experience
using dar (I'm just starting ;) could check out
if this is working properly for them as well, I'd
be very grateful.

If it's ok, please feel free to include the patch
in future versions of dar ;) 

If it's not ok, let me know and I'll try to fix
the problem.
