Hi! I'm using DAR on Windows. But I'm facing a problem. DAR on Windows can't treat files whose filename are longer than 260 charactors. This is because dar is based on cygwin. Cygwin has limitation of a filename length. http://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2005-04/msg00395.html What part of DAR is relying on Cygwin? Unix System Call? I think it is possible to hide platform dependant parts by introducing platform-independant layers.
