status of kdar?

Hi,
	Is kdar under active development anymore?  When last I tried it (4
months ago now?) it required a much older version of dar to work.  It
seemed to do the right thing but when I tried doing an incremental
backup with it, it appeared to create another regular backup.  I don't
know if that was a bug with the version of dar I was using or not.  I'd
like to build kdar against the version in Ubuntu 7.10 (libdar 2.3.5).

Barring getting kdar working, are there any other graphical backup
programs out there that use libdar?
