dar network support

Hi,

is it planned or would it be useful to add network support to dar? What 
I mean is to have something like we have with rsync.

My usecase:
Currently I make incremental backups of my notebook data over my small 
home network on a external HD which is connected to my Desktop PC. I use 
rsync to do it. I would like to do the same or something similar with dar.

Maybe there is already a way to do it, but I couldn't find anything in 
the documentation ... and I'm not a big networking expert.
