Yes the message may be confusing, it does not mean the file is
ignored,  this file and all its data is saved normally, this is just a
warning that the file *name* may be truncated because the system
reported a name which length equals the maximum length a filename can
be obtained.

In other words, the filename may be completed but it also may be
larger than what the system reported.

This is true in particular under windows where dar relies on Cygwin
adaptation layer which may truncate file names, or maybe using some
remote filesystem (like CIFS)
