Hello, I'm trying to run a precompiled version (downloaded from ftp://ftp.dm3c.org/dar.linux.free.fr/Releases/Dar_static/x86_64_GNU_Linux/dar_static_2.6.5_x86_64_GNU_Linux ) on a Clear Linux machine. The program complains not having NLS working, and aborts execution. a@cl ~ $ ./dar_static_2.6.5_x86_64_GNU_Linux Cannot set locale category, native language support will not work FATAL error, aborting operation GPGME engine not available: OpenPGP Locale definition seems to be correct: a@cl~ $ locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8" LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8" LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8" LC_PAPER="en_US.UTF-8" LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8" LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8" LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MEASUREMENT="en_US.UTF-8" LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8" LC_ALL= I really don't know what should I do in order to get dar working. In the help file: http://dar.linux.free.fr/doc/Notes.html#NLS I read: "On a system without gettext dar will not use gettext at all. All messages will be in English". Do you think it would be reasonable that, instead of stopping its execution, dar may fall-back to english messages? Many thanks, Andy _______________________________________________ Dar-support mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dar-support
