The configure script looks invalid (to your shell).

Did you generate it via misc/init?

Especially, did you clean everything before generating it? Is your tree clean?

git clean -dfx

will delete EVERYTHING that is not part of the tree, so be careful with that.
But you might need it to start a new, fresh build.
