It works (I deleted my ln):
checking for gpgrt-config... /usr/bin/gpgrt-config
configure: Use gpgrt-config with /usr/lib as gpg-error-config
configure: Use gpgrt-config as gpgme-config
checking for GPGME - version >= 1.2.0... yes
...
Public key cipher support  : YES

Now I have another dilema. You created a 2.7.13-bis version and I'm not
sure what versioning should I use in the AUR package. Anyway I'll need
to remove the "bis" when 2.7.14 gets released.
