I guess you can remove "bis" because this is the exact same dar and 
libdar code: only the configure script change and slightly also the 
generated Makefile.in files ; but the C/C++ source code is exactly the 
same as what you can find in the first released package for 2.7.13.

I have not reused the same name for transparency and not to collide with 
file gpg signatures on them.
