TrueNAS usage

Hi Denis! I have got a setup where important data-filled TrueNAS Scale (Debian based) is replicated to another TrueNAS Scale dedicated for backup. Using NFS4 extended attributes etc. On the backup TrueNAS Scale I would also like to make backups of the replicated data with dar, because we know that a snapshot replication is not a full backup :-) For this the best would be if I could run dar on the TrueNAS Scale itself which doesn't seem to be a problem because it can compile the software, everything seems nice, but the dar -V output is at the end of my mail. As you can see, it cannot find any compression libraries, which is essential for my dar backups. What should I do? I really don't want to hack stuff on TrueNAS (apt doesn't work out of the box), I would rather compile what's needed, because I think that future upgrade would work the best this way and I would know what I am doing. What is your suggestion to be able to use dar as on a normal linux system?
