BUG: bzip2 program location check in configure

Hi!

It's me again ;-) This time I have found another problem with the
configure script. It doesn't find the bzip2 program in my distribution
(/bin/bzip2 is the default location in Gentoo Linux). I think that the
following path could solve the problem (thanks for releasing configure.ac
source):

PS. You have right. There is some problem with the et.put.poznan.pl
domain. I informed the administrator of it a few days ago, but still
haven't received any reply... So, please reply to [email protected]
