March 1 files ended up in Feb 29 directory

My Monthly backup dated 3/1/04 12:51 AM and so on ended up in the
2/29 folder. Following that, my daily backups began getting enormous.
Just started to look into that, and not sure if they are related
events, but I thought the former was odd and could be causing hdup to
not find the monthly.  I have since moved it to it's proper home, but
thought I would report.
