hdup 1.6.26

Hello,

Well, after quite some time finally a new hdup release :-)
This actually also fixes a bug; the changelog:

   - Maintenance release -
   * Bumped copyright date to 2004
   * Bug #3 fixed: include statement was not always working
   (Thanks to Christian Josefsson for reporting)

Again if you were not using the 'include' stuff, there is no
need to upgrade. I'll include the links in this email, for 
easy downloading ;)
