release 2.0.5

Hello,

I've just put up version 2.0.5 of hdup. This follows rather quickly after
2.0.4, but there were some bugs filed against 2.0.4 in Debian Testing.  And
ofcourse the inifite loop bug on non-existing directories is fixed. Also the
pre and post run scripts should be working again. All in all some rather major
bugfixes.
