Both use tar version 1.14 (tar (GNU tar) > 1.14).=20 >=20 > I hope you got a answer to this problem, I also included the config > files for both systems. I've heard complaints about this from some other people which had the same problem. Does upgrading to the newest tar (1.15.1) help? I've have a *.deb (made on Ubuntu) with tar 1.15.1 if you wish. If that doesn't do the trick I have some debugging/discovering to do... grtz Miek --rJwd6BRFiFCcLxzm Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: Digital signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFC1TYBw7f5Q7GEU6ERAjfAAKCIkvO/PJ0OHrPbYY86gUPPQfsdnQCeLtUs CqQF6/2TbmfOPHJmOB89j+k= =rRwh -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --rJwd6BRFiFCcLxzm--
