hdup 1.6.19 released

I've just put hdup 1.6.19 on my website. 

Changelog:
   - Some important stuff fixed and changed - please upgrade
   * added & and | to ok_chars. (Tom Goulet)
   * made hdup_mkdir more robust (Thanks to Tom Goulet)
   * run the prerun shell scripts in all backup types: local, remote, restore
   * first run the prerun script, then create the backup directories hdup
     needs (Tom Goulet)
   * Better error checking when making directories
   * Added FAQ entry on Samba and incremental backups

Note: the prerun script is now always run. If this posses a problem I will
disable that behavoir in 1.6.20 again.
