setting additional variable

Hi,
Can someone please tell me how to set RBLSMTPD="" for every IP which 
successfully authenticates the POP3 session (I mean in addition to 
setting the RELAYCLIENT=""). I am not too much of a programmer and I 
just cannot figure out where it is done in source.
